General Policy:
We have different return policies for our in-house products i.e. lofi vinyl and other products like turntables, cartridges, and tools.
For Lofi Vinyl:
We only accept returns in case the vinyl is broken or warped.
We will issue a refund to either the original payment source or store credits within 14 days of receiving the product at our warehouse if the return is accepted. The return period is open for 7 days after the product is delivered to you.
For Turntable and Other Products:
If the product you have received is not what you expected, or you’ve simply changed your mind, we offer refunds to your original payment method for unopened products, or store credit for opened products within 14 days after delivery status. Note: The return shipping costs will not be covered by us (products that experience damage/quality-related issues excepted).
